Ed Skimin – Project Strategist

• Ed Skimin co-created Emerge Inc. with his brother, Mike, in October 1996. Ed is responsible for the growth and development of Emerge. Ed works with clients to strategize effective uses of the Internet for their business and manages projects through completion. Previously, Ed worked for the Lorain County Chamber of Commerce, Cleveland State University, Ohio House of Representatives and the City of Lorain. Ed has a Masters Degree in Urban Studies from The Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Dayton.

Nyree Skimin – Project Manager, User Experience Testing

• Nyree Skimin is the Manager of the Client Partnership Center and works with clients to ensure they are maximizing their Internet potential. Nyree is experienced at project management and testing user experience. Before joining Emerge Inc., Nyree held a management position with Spitzer Management, Inc., Real Estate Division. Prior to that, Nyree has held management and supervisory positions with the Lorain County Chamber of Commerce, RHP Bearings and Holiday Inn. Nyree has a Bachelors Degree of Business Administration from Kent State University, Associates Degree of Arts from Lorain County Community College and an Associates Degree of Science from Bowling Green State University, Firelands College.

Michael Skimin – Chief Programmer

• Mike Skimin co-created Emerge Inc. with his brother, Ed, in October 1996. Mike is responsible for Emerge's programming needs. His duties include custom programming, server maintenance, maintaining directory and database structure. His expertise includes Java, JavaScript, Perl, PHP/IP, Miva, HTML, DHTML, CGI Programming, skilled with Unix, Windows, MySQL, Flat Databases, Database Conversions, Apache, Mod Perl, Networking, Software Development and more. Before creating Emerge Inc., Mike was an Assistant Manager for the Cleveland Indians Team Shops. Other previous experience includes positions with Lorain National Bank, Gund Arena, Lorain Family YMCA and Lorain Palace Civic Center. Mike has a Bachelors Degree of Business Administrative Management from Bowling Green State University.

Sam Green – Flash and Multimedia Designer

• Sam Green is a Flash and Multimedia Designer for Emerge Inc. Sam is responsible for the concept and development of visual designs. His responsibilities include designing client website interfaces, producing multimedia presentations including Flash, and developing on-line advertisements. Sam has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Web Application Engineering and a minor in mathematics from Baldwin-Wallace College.
